• Personal checks will not be accepted after June 1, 2012.  Cash, PayPal, cashier’s check or money order will be the only accepted form of payment after June 1, 2012. 
• There are NO REFUNDS!  NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Paper tickets will not be issued.  You will receive a numbered wristband at Grad Nite as your ticket.
•  Your cancelled check is your receipt.
• Please make checks payable to ANHS Grad Nite or pay using PayPal after August 9, 2011.
• Bring signed form and your payment or PayPal receipt with you to registration or return them to the ANHS Activities Window.
